Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, dressing room, fan.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace, fan, closet.

Room 4
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace, fan, closet.

Note: the dressing room of the bedroom 2 is in a separate room.

The interior of the house is a veritable sanctuary of refinement and comfort. The materials used in the interior design reflect exquisite taste and meticulous attention to detail, creating a chic and soothing atmosphere.
The light-filled living room features large picture windows offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscaped grounds. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a scullery, is both functional and convivial, perfect for preparing delicious meals to share. A cosy corner, dedicated to television or reading, provides a warm, relaxing space. 


Outdoors 

Set in 1.5 hectares of grounds, the landscaped grounds are planted with Mediterranean species, providing an idyllic, unspoilt setting. The covered terrace features a dining area with a large dining table and plancha, ideal for al fresco dining. A pleasant swimming pool (10 x 5m - depth: 1.6m) promises refreshing dips in the Provencal sunshine, complemented by a petanque court for convivial moments. There are also several terraces offering a variety of relaxation areas to take full advantage of the peaceful surroundings and spectacular views.


Staff & Services

The house benefits from the services of a villa manager, who will welcome you on arrival and accompany you throughout your stay.
The price includes a 2-hour interim cleaning (on Wednesdays), pool and garden maintenance (2 hours on Wednesdays and Saturdays) and final cleaning.


Location

Ideally located in the heart of the Alpilles Regional Park, the villa is just two kilometres from the centre of Saint Rémy de Provence, a village renowned for its charm and authenticity. If you wish, you can walk to the centre of the village in 25 minutes, taking the path along the Canal des Alpines. The house is surrounded by footpaths winding through the Alpilles to Lac de Peirou, the village of Les Baux via the Chemin des Crêtes des Alpilles and many other sites worth visiting.
